The Mass-Market Illusion
The Vulnerability of Generic Policies
High-net-worth asset owners often operate under a dangerous assumption: believing that a high premium automatically guarantees complete protection. Standard mass-market policies are riddled with hidden exclusions, restrictive valuation caps, and rigid hurricane deductibles that leave luxury residential estates, exotic car galleries, and fine art collections severely underinsured when catastrophe strikes.

The Passion Audit
Bespoke Architecture for Private Collections
A private man cave housing rare automotive collections, a climate-controlled fine art gallery, or a luxury yacht moored in South Florida cannot be underwritten using generic templates. At Altesse®, we conduct rigorous risk audits across lifestyle portfolios, applying agreed-value clauses, guaranteed replacement terms, and specialized flood layering engineered specifically for coastal assets.

Coverage Symmetry
Eliminating Unseen Liability Gaps
The primary risk in private wealth preservation is coverage asymmetry — the gap between actual asset replacement cost and contractual policy limits. We audit and align your entire personal and commercial suite — from Personal Auto and Recreational Vehicles (RVs) to Executive Health, Life Insurance, and Annuities — eliminating policy overlaps and exposed liabilities.

Questions about your insurance

What is Altesse?
Altesse is a Florida-based independent insurance agency built around Altesse Membership. We help individuals and businesses evaluate insurance options and keep policy documents, billing information and service requests accessible through our proprietary member portal. Eligible commercial accounts can access or request Certificates of Insurance.
Are there service fees?
We are generally compensated by the insurer when a policy is placed. If an agency or service fee applies to a transaction, we explain it before you proceed. Policy premiums and carrier charges are separate.
What types of insurance are covered?
We help with personal and commercial insurance in Florida, including Personal Auto, Commercial Auto, General Liability, Workers’ Compensation and other eligible property and business solutions. Life and Health Insurance options are available separately. Products depend on carrier availability, licensing and underwriting eligibility.
How does the portal work?
The Altesse Membership Portal is available 24/7 for policy documents, billing information and service requests. Eligible commercial members can access or request Certificates of Insurance; some requests require agent review. A service request does not change coverage until the change is processed and confirmed.
How do I transfer my policies?
Start by sharing your current policies and renewal dates. We review available options and explain whether an agent-of-record change or a new policy is appropriate. Do not cancel existing coverage until any replacement is issued and its effective date is confirmed.
