The Volatile Arena
The Complexity of Commercial Exposure
Operating a business or managing real estate developments in Florida requires navigating a unique convergence of hurricane risks, shifting regulatory frameworks, rising replacement costs, and supply chain inflation. Standard commercial insurance often treats complex physical and operational assets as isolated line items, leaving corporate continuity exposed during critical transitions.

Development & Land Governance
Guarding Assets From Ground-Up
Whether acquiring undeveloped commercial property (Vacant Land Policies), constructing large-scale real estate projects (Builders Risk), or hosting high-exposure corporate assemblies (Special Events), risk governance must be established before capital is deployed. We engineer layered coverage structures that protect physical assets, raw materials, and third-party liabilities throughout every phase of development.
003
Operational Fleet Mobility
Unified Commercial Defense
A resilient enterprise requires seamless integration across its operational footprint. We combine Business Owner Policies (BOP), commercial vehicle fleets, General Liability, Commercial Property, and Workers Compensation into a single, synchronized corporate shield. This eliminates coverage gaps between mobile assets, workplace hazards, and facility exposure, ensuring total operational stability.

Questions about your insurance

What is Altesse?
Altesse is a Florida-based independent insurance agency built around Altesse Membership. We help individuals and businesses evaluate insurance options and keep policy documents, billing information and service requests accessible through our proprietary member portal. Eligible commercial accounts can access or request Certificates of Insurance.
Are there service fees?
We are generally compensated by the insurer when a policy is placed. If an agency or service fee applies to a transaction, we explain it before you proceed. Policy premiums and carrier charges are separate.
What types of insurance are covered?
We help with personal and commercial insurance in Florida, including Personal Auto, Commercial Auto, General Liability, Workers’ Compensation and other eligible property and business solutions. Life and Health Insurance options are available separately. Products depend on carrier availability, licensing and underwriting eligibility.
How does the portal work?
The Altesse Membership Portal is available 24/7 for policy documents, billing information and service requests. Eligible commercial members can access or request Certificates of Insurance; some requests require agent review. A service request does not change coverage until the change is processed and confirmed.
How do I transfer my policies?
Start by sharing your current policies and renewal dates. We review available options and explain whether an agent-of-record change or a new policy is appropriate. Do not cancel existing coverage until any replacement is issued and its effective date is confirmed.
